Powin ESS to be manufactured in USA through Florida partner

Energy storage platform provider Powin selected Jabil, a global manufacturing solutions provider based in St. Petersburg, Florida, to better serve Powin’s growing US customer base and projects. Jabil will leverage his power engineering expertise, global manufacturing footprint and supply chain insight to accelerate the development and delivery of his Stack750 energy and collection segment at Powin.

Jabil plans to initially produce 2 GWh of Powin systems per year, increasing to 4 GWh per year from the fourth quarter of 2023.
