MyPower acquires community solar management service Solstice Power Technologies

MyPower plans to use its resources to support Solstice’s nationwide deployment and add value to local communities through commercial clean energy products.

Solstice’s current non-profit arm, Solstice Initiative, will not be acquired by MyPower and will operate as an independent 501c3 under a new brand to be announced shortly.
